The Tourist Corridor
Resting directly between the two seaside towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is a 21-mile stretch of gorgeous coastline also known as the “Golden Corridor”. This beautiful coastal drive boasts rugged cliffs, breath-taking beaches, crystal blue water, a wide variety of resorts, residential communities, and world-class golf courses.
Palmilla (San Jose Corridor)
Palmilla is the original luxury neighborhood of San Jose del Cabo, and remains among the most premier communities is Los Cabos. Located four miles from downtown San Jose del Cabo, Palmilla was developed with elegance, amenities, privacy and luxury in mind. The area offers a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and the famed One&Only Palmilla Hotel. Palmilla is situated along a small inlet in the Sea of Cortez that provides visitors tranquil and safe water to enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, and other water activities.
El Dorado (San Jose Corridor)
The El Dorado Golf and Beach Club is located in the Corridor, on the San Jose side of Los Cabos. This area includes Terrazas de Costa Azul (Also known locally as “Lito Hill”), Gringo Hill, and the famed Zippers Beach (Playa Costa Azul) – the location of the Annual Los Cabos Open of Surf, and a surf break that’s widely accepted as one of the most desirable surf spots in the Western World.
La Jolla (San Jose Corridor)
La Jolla is a beautifully developed community along the San Jose Corridor, just east of Costa Azul. This neighborhood hosts a mix of single family homes nestled along a hillside, and condominiums along the beach. La Jolla was one of the first condo communities in San Jose, and offer studio, one and two-bedroom suites, most of which feature beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. The gated single-family residential area of La Jolla has wide, well-manicured and landscaped streets and large lots. Most of the homes in this neighborhood have sweeping have ocean views and 3 to 4 bedrooms. Residents and guests also enjoy tennis and swimming.
Cerro Colorado (Central Corridor)

Cabo Real (Central Corridor)

Cabo Real is also the location of Wild Canyon Adventure Park – a place for outdoor adventure and tourism activities such as helicopter rides, bungee jumping, zip line canopy tours, horseback riding, and much more.
Cabo del Sol (Central Corridor)
Cabo del Sol is a private, gated, luxury community just ten minutes outside of Cabo San Lucas in the Corridor, and home of two Championship Golf courses – most famous, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course. Cabo del sol was built along two miles of Sea of Cortez coastline, and is regarded as a premier golf community in North America, and is the only full-amenity golf clubhouse in Los Cabos. Chileno Bay is arguably the most beautiful and visited beach of the Los Cabos Corridor. The area features miles of uncommonly tranquil Sea of Cortez waters, coral reefs, colorful fish, and a range of beautiful homes. The community has dramatic, resort-style residences and world-class amenities.
Cabo Bello (Cabo San Lucas Corridor)
The homes in the Cabo Bello Community range from multi-million dollar beach-front homes to smaller 2 bedroom condominiums.
