East Cape

The East Cape of Los Cabos makes up the entire eastern side of the southern Baja Peninsula, from Punta Pescadero to the border of San Jose del Cabo. This area is known for its beautifully untouched white-sand beaches, warm, crystal blue waters, and the only living reef in Los Cabos.

The East Cape of Los Cabos area is perfect for snorkeling, diving, surfing, sport fishing, and other water activities. The East Cape is a very isolated and peaceful part of southern Baja.

The 50 plus miles of East Cape is comprised of several smaller communities including El Encanto de la Laguna, Nine Palms, Shipwrecks, and Cabo Pulmo a protected Mexican National Marine Park. Cabo Pulmo is the location of a living Reef and millions of tropical fish, manta rays, sea lions, and more. The communities of the East Cape are simple, with few amenities, but give the feeling of stepping back in time. Visitors and locals will enjoy small, family-owned restaurants and markets, sprinkled along the rugged coastline.
